This section includes music that has been written specifically for being played by an orchestra or other live performers and currently includes the Mabinogion project which Ross was involved in. Shortly, the piano sonata for which he won the Caerphilly Young Composer of the Year award in 1998 as well as some of the music from his A-level composition that has been recently updated for showcasing will be added.

A large proportion of the music Ross has written is orchestral but some of it appears in the other sections because it is more relevant to those sections e.g. The Lilies is entirely orchestral but is also a film so is located in that section.
